Successful Parenting

Bringing up kids is one of the most important life function for most of us. Other important things in life are - 1. integrating into society and 2. finding and maintaining a source of income.

     For these two tasks, we get lot of advice and training throughout our growing years and sometimes after those years too. As far as parenting goes, we are pretty much left to our own devices. We have to find the information, ask for advice from peers & seniors, look around curiously, etc. This task is difficult.

     There is lot of information and advice floating around. From your parents to various spiritual gurus, from friends to professionals, everyone is willing to offer words of wisdom.

     How much of this advice is really reliable? can we count on it? Will it stand the test of time? Will it really help? What if it actually does more harm than good? Can you depend on this advice to bring up your precious children?

     I will try to answer these questions in this blog. I will provide credible, modern scientific information and ways to apply it in your busy life.
